Man arrested after deputies find suspected methamphetamine, loaded gun

WAYNESVILLE, Mo., (KBSI) — A man was arrested early Friday after deputies found suspected methamphetamine and a loaded handgun while executing a search warrant in Pulaski County, according to the sheriff’s office.
The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office Special Reaction Team and the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group served the warrant in the 21000 block of Highway 17 in Waynesville.
The warrant was served without incident, and Danny Ray Tellman was taken into custody.
Tellman was transported to the Pulaski County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold while prosecutors consider formal charges.
An arrest is not evidence of guilt. Tellman is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
