Recall Alert: paddles, kids’ toys and animal cookies
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)- Over 120,000 paddles sold with stand-up paddleboards are being recalled. The company says the paddle can suddenly break mid-shaft into two pieces when being used, exposing sharp edges and posing a risk of serious injury including puncture or laceration hazards.
If you have the recalled product, contact Agit Global North America for a free, approximately two-foot long zippered paddle shaft sleeve. This is intended to be installed over the paddle shaft, when the paddle is being used.
Huffy Corporation is recalling over 28,000 of its ride-on toys. The toys can tip forward when a young child is riding it, posing fall and injury hazards to children. If you have the recalled toy, contact the firm for a free kit with instructions on how to install a new stop bar on the ride-on toy.
Animal cookies sold at Target stores across the U.S. are being recalled.
York, Pennsylvania based D.F. Stauffer Biscuit Co. says it impacts its 44 ounce Market Pantry White Fudge Animal Cookies, which come in clear plastic bear shaped jugs. The company says wire metal pieces were found inside part of the product. The impacted products have a best by date of February 21, 2023 and the lot number is Y052722.
If you have the recalled cookies, return them to Target for a full refund.
