1 dead after rollover crash in McCracken County

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Kevil man died in a crash Monday afternoon in McCracken County.
Paducah 911 received a 911 call around 4:40 p.m. about a crash in the 7400 block of Cairo Road.
McCracken County Sheriff’s deputies found a truck with heavy damage in a field.
The driver, 63-year-old David Skinner had been ejected from the vehicle, according to sheriff’s deputies with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office.
He had incapacitating injuries and was taken by Mercy Regional EMS to a local hospital.
A preliminary investigation determined the vehicle was traveling south on Cairo Road, went off the right side of the road, struck a tree, rolled over more than once, struck two other trees and came to rest in a field.
McCracken County Sheriff’s deputies continue to investigate.
