All lanes of I-24 open in McCracken County after 2 crashes

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – The westbound lanes of Interstate 24 are open at the 10.3 mile marker near Paducah in McCracken County after a vehicle fire and secondary crash Friday morning.

The westbound entry ramp at the KY 1954/Husbands Road Paducah Exit 11 Interchange is also open.

While traffic was blocked after a vehicle fire at the 8 mile marker. A secondary crash caused a semi truck to spill 40,000 pounds of granite along the roadway and median.

The site is cleared. All lanes are open.
