3 face charges after McCracken County Sheriff’s detectives search home

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – Three people face charges after McCracken County Sheriff’s dectectives and deputies executed a search warrant at a home on Tuesday, Jan. 31.

Detectives and deputies arrested three people after searching a home on Orchard View Drive in McCracken County.

Detectives found and seized methamphetamine, marijuana, and items of drug paraphernalia from inside the home, according to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office.

Detectives also found three people inside the home.

Abigail Kline, 28, of Paducah faces charges of possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine) and possession of marijuana/drug paraphernalia (buy/possess).

Justin Jacobs, 34, of Paducah faces charges of possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia (buy/possess).

Dustin Yarbrough, 36, of Cunningham faces a charge of violation of Emergency Protective Order/Domestice Violence Order.

They were all taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
