7 people face drug charges after Doniphan Police Department executes search warrant

DONIPHAN, Mo. (KBSI) – The Doniphan Police Department have made 7 arrests in relation to a drug bust.

According to the Doniphan Police Department on October 6, 2024 officers with Doniphan Police Department applied for a search warrant pertaining to 102 N Green Street in Doniphan.

The search warrant was granted, and a search was made at 7:30 pm.

7 people were arrested after officers completed the search.

1. Homer Eugene Lambert, 52 of Doniphan
2. Travis Scott Luye, 50 of Doniphan
3. Phillip L Vialibaba, 38 of Doniphan
4. Melinda Kay Vollet, 41 of Doniphan
5. Katherine Whitnell, 43 of Doniphan
6. Terry Whitnell, 45 of Doniphan
7. Stacey Wood, 52 of Doniphan
All face charges of Class D Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Class E Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Lambert also faces charges of Class E Felony Unlawful use of a Weapon.
All 7 individuals were arrested and taken to the Ripley County Detention Center.
The search was executed by the Doniphan Police Department with the assistance of the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Ripley County Prosecutor’s Office.
