Blast from the Past: West Park Mall renovations uncover vintage Eddie Bauer logo

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) – Renovations at West Park Mall have uncovered a nostalgic gem: the old Eddie Bauer logo, hidden beneath the floor.

These photos come to us from Nick Martin of Pilot Construction Solutions.

The discovery was made while installing new flooring for the mall’s ULTA location.

Progress photos of the Michaels and PetSmart renovations were also released.

Those three stores should open in June. Carter’s is also scheduled to open in early summer.

Sierra and Ross should open sometime in the fall.

Martin tells us there is still plenty of space up for grabs.

Developers are also hoping to attract more local stores and businesses who are interested in setting up shop in the mall.
