Bollinger County man failed to register as sex offender

BOLLINGER COUNTY, Mo (KBSI) -A Bollinger County man was reported to have violated terms of his sex offender registration.

On Tuesday, July 18, 2023, Bollinger County Sheriff’s office received information stating that Derek Kinder, was violating the terms of his sex offender registration.

On Wednesday, July 19, 2023, Bollinger County sheriff’s office was able to locate kinder and place him under arrest.

Derek Kinder is currently in Bollinger County jail facing a Class D felony- for failure to register as a sex offender.
