Two killed in three-vehicle crash near Millersville

MILLERSVILLE, Mo., (KBSI)- The Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed two fatalities resulting from a multi-vehicle collision that occurred Wednesday afternoon on Highway 72, east of Millersville.

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on October 16, three vehicles crashed, causing injuries, according to Sgt. Clark Parrott. Initially, one death was reported, but by 7 p.m., authorities confirmed a second fatality.

Currently, details on the number and severity of injuries remain unavailable.
