Cape Girardeau police ask for help identifying 2 people in photo after theft

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Officers with the Cape Girardeau Police Department ask for the public’s help in identifying the two female subjects in a photograph.

The photo is in regards to a theft.
