Cape Safari Park to reopen, continuing founder’s vision

Vicki’s passion for animals and dedication to sharing that joy with others remains at the heart of the petting zoo’s mission.

We know there’s been lots of talk about our opening date. This year comes with mixed emotions as we continue to navigate the loss of our beloved founder and matriarch, Vicki.
Her love for animals and dedication to sharing that joy with others built the heart of everything we do. We miss her deeply, but her spirit lives on in every smile, every hoofprint, and every happy visitor.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you back and honoring Vicki’s legacy together. Stay tuned for opening dates and more details soon!
As always, our traveling petting zoo, pony and camel rides, and educational programs are still in full swing—and we’re so grateful to continue bringing these experiences to our community. Please call (573)450-8915 for booking
