Carbondale Community High School hosts career open house March 27

CARBONDALE, Ill., (KBSI) — Carbondale Community High School will host a Career Open House on March 27, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 1301 East Walnut Street.

The event will feature guided tours of the school’s new Career and Technical Education wing and hands-on demonstrations of various programs, including cutting-edge technology, skilled trades, business, health sciences and more.

Superintendent Daniel Booth said the open house is an opportunity for students, parents and community members to see the school’s resources and programs firsthand.

The event is free and open to the public. Industry partners, educators and prospective students are encouraged to attend.
