Executive Property Management surpasses 1,000 units under management in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Executive Property Management announced it has surpassed 1,000 residential units under management, marking a major milestone for the company after more than 16 years in business.

Company officials said the growth reflects continued trust from property owners and investors who rely on the firm to manage and protect their real estate investments.

Executive Property Management provides full-service property management, including tenant placement, maintenance coordination, financial reporting and property oversight.

“This milestone is incredibly meaningful for our team,” owner Jeremy Ferguson said. “Managing 1,000 units is not just about growth — it represents the confidence our clients place in us to care for their properties and support their long-term investment goals.”

The company said it plans to continue expanding its portfolio while maintaining its focus on customer service and professional management.
