GRAVES COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — The Graves County Sheriff’s Office says a series of undercover drug investigations over the past two months has resulted in four arrests and one suspect still being sought on methamphetamine trafficking charges.

Sheriff Jon Hayden said detectives identified several individuals allegedly involved in selling crystal methamphetamine in and around Mayfield and Graves County. The investigations included undercover and covert operations conducted by sheriff’s detectives.

Among those arrested was Randy L. Dortch, 56, of Dublin, who was taken into custody June 16 on an indictment warrant charging him with trafficking in methamphetamine, first-degree persistent felony offender and related offenses. Authorities said the charges stem from undercover purchases of methamphetamine. Dortch was previously out on bond from a 2025 meth trafficking case.

Dean L. O’Reilly, 43, of the Golo community, was arrested June 12 on an indictment warrant charging him with two counts of trafficking in methamphetamine, persistent felony offender and other offenses. Investigators said multiple undercover purchases were made during the investigation.

Paul H. Hayes, 56, of Mayfield, was arrested June 16 after detectives obtained a warrant alleging he sold methamphetamine during a previous investigation.

Shaina A. Dillon, 33, of Mayfield, was arrested June 12 during a traffic stop while under surveillance. Authorities said she was served with an indictment warrant charging her with trafficking in methamphetamine, first-degree persistent felony offender and other offenses. Investigators allege methamphetamine purchases were made from Dillon during the investigation.

Detectives continue to search for Melody K. Howard, 58, who is wanted on methamphetamine trafficking charges. An arrest warrant for Howard was issued earlier this month.
