Grand Rivers man, woman sentenced to prison for methamphetamine trafficking

PADUCAH, Ky. (KBSI) – A Grand Rivers man and woman were sentenced to prison on Thursday for possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine.
Edward Ibold, 38, was sentenced to 10 years in prison followed by five years of supervised release for possession with the intent to distribute 264 grams of methamphetamine. He was also sentenced to an additional one year and eight months months in prison for violation of the terms of his supervised release from a previous federal conviction. Ibold received a total sentence of 11 years and eight months in prison.
Nikole Console, 28, was sentenced to three years in prison followed by three years of supervised release for possession with the intent to distribute 264 grams of methamphetamine.
The DEA Paducah Post of Duty Office and the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Leigh Ann Dycus of the U.S. Attorney’s Paducah Branch Office prosecuted the case.
