Man arrested for reckless driving, unlawful imprisonment on I-24

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — McCracken County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Missouri man on Tuesday after receiving reports of a reckless driver on Interstate 24 West.

At 10:05 a.m., Paducah 911 started getting calls about a vehicle being driven erratically, with witnesses stating that a male and female inside the vehicle were physically altercation and the female was trying to jump out.

A deputy spotted the vehicle near the 7-mile marker and observed it speeding and driving recklessly.

The passenger door was also seen open while the vehicle was moving at a high speed.

After conducting a traffic stop, deputies identified the driver as Skylar Isaacs, 27, of Missouri.

An investigation revealed that the female passenger, who owned the vehicle, had argued with Isaacs and asked him to stop and let her out. Isaacs then allegedly began driving recklessly.

Isaacs was arrested and charged with reckless driving, operating on a suspended license, and first-degree unlawful imprisonment
