Man wanted for November bank robbery arrested in Lyon County

KUTTAWA, Ky. (KBSI) – A man wanted for a bank robbery in November was arrested in Lyon County Wednesday afternoon.

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office and members of the Western KY Violent Crimes Task Force found and arrested Christopher L. Trice, 45, after an investigation at two Kuttawa businesses.

Trice is originally from Fulton. He was a wanted fugitive for a Bowling Green bank robbery which occurred on November 28, 2022.

Multiple items of evidence pertaining to the bank robbery were seized as evidence, including the vehicle which is believed to have been used in the crime as well as other items believed to connect Trice to the robbery, according to Lyon County Sheriff Brent White.

Trice was taken to the Crittenden County Detention Center.

The investigation continues by the Bowling Green Police Department and Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Eddyville Police Department.
