Methamphetamine trafficking operation dismantled in Southeast Missouri
CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) — A months-long narcotics investigation culminated in the arrest of three suspects and the seizure of over 1 kilogram of methamphetamine.
Russell Scott Jackman, [age], of Millersville, and Billy Ray Davis, [age], of Jackson, were identified as suspects in the distribution of methamphetamine in Cape Girardeau, Perry, and Bollinger counties.
On Feb. 27, 2025, search warrants were executed at two residences, yielding:
— 1,057 grams of methamphetamine
— 5 grams of cocaine
— 4 firearms
— U.S. currency
— Cell phones
— Drug paraphernalia
Davis and Janet Jean Allen, [age], of Jackson, were arrested and charged with various felonies, including drug trafficking and possession. Jackman was arrested and charged with delivery of a controlled substance.
The Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force and the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Office conducted the investigation.
