Mobile Support Unit assists in Cape Girardeau fire response

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Firefighters with the Gordonville Fire Protection District responded to a working fire in the city early Wednesday, with assistance from a regional mobile support unit.

The mobile unit filled 22 Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) bottles to support firefighting efforts, according to officials.

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department and other agencies were also on scene.
