One dead after shooting in Poplar Bluff

POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. (KBSI) – One person is dead after a shooting in Poplar Bluff.

On July 1, around 12:50 p.m. Poplar Bluff police department learned of a vehicle transporting a gunshot victim to a hospital in the area.

Officers were able to locate the vehicle and according to officers they found 19-year-old Sebastian Dosier, of Poplar Bluff, inside the vehicle with a gunshot wound.

He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Officers learned the shooting had taken place in the 1000 block of Velma Street.

Both suspects were juveniles.

On July 2, both juveniles were brought in by their parents and taken into custody.
