Orange Barrel March 13th
(KBSI) – KYTC crews plan to close a section of KY 1820, starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, April 7th, for roadway repairs.
KY 1820 will be closed at the 4.45-mile marker, near the community of Melber.
Crews will remove an existing concrete box culvert that carries a tributary of Mayfield creek under the roadway and replace it with a prefabricated aluminum culvert.
Work is expected to be completed by April 12th, weather permitting.
Crews also plan to temporarily close a section of KY 58, northwest of Wingo, starting on Monday, march 17th, for roadway repairs.
A crew will replace a cross drain at the 4.1-mile marker of KY 58. This is near the intersection of Calvary Church road and between U.S. 45 S and KY 339.
Route E in New Madrid county will be closed as Missouri crews replace a culvert under the roadway.
This section of roadway is located from route w to Route D near Lilbourn.
