Paducah couple facing numerous drug charges after deputies find meth, other drugs
PADUCAH, Ky. (KBSI) – A Paducah couple faces several charges after detectives made an undercover methamphetamine purchase.
Phillip G. Stout, 40, of Paducah faces charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in Hydrocodone, trafficking in marijuana 8oz to 5lbs., possession of drug paraphernalia, and a McCracken County indictment warrant (trafficking in methamphetamine).
Shannon “Angel” Stratton, 42, of Paducah faces charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in Hydrocodone, trafficking in marijuana 8oz to 5lbs. and possession of drug paraphernalia.
In September, detectives made an undercover methamphetamine purchase from Phillip Stout, according to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office. Stout was later indicted by a McCracken County Grand Jury for trafficking in methamphetamine.
On Oct. 25, detectives obtained a search warrant for Stout’s apartment at 624 Caldwell Street in Paducah.
Detectives executed the search warrant just after 5 p.m. and found Stout and his girlfriend, Stratton inside the home.
During a search of the home, detectives found and seized approximately 41 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 1.5 pounds of marijuana, several doses of Hydrocodone, a digital scale, smoking pipes and assorted drug paraphernalia, according to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office.
Stout and Stratton were arrested and taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
