Paducah man arrested for assault

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) – On April 7, 2025, at approximately 11:50 p.m., McCracken County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a reported assault at a residence in the Lovelaceville Road area of Paducah.

A female victim alleged that 41-year-old Joseph Falconite, of Paducah, Kentucky, assaulted her.

Falconite was arrested and charged with:

Assault in the second degree, a Class C felony
Strangulation in the first degree, a Class C felony
Failure to notify the Department of Transportation of an address change, a B misdemeanor
Violations of conditions of release, an A misdemeanor
Alcohol intoxication, a violation

Falconite was lodged at the McCracken County Regional Jail. At the time of the incident, he was out on bond from a previous charge. A photo of Falconite can be obtained from the McCracken County Jail.
