Paducah man arrested on multiple felony drug charges

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — A Paducah man was arrested Tuesday after a traffic stop yielded a large quantity of illegal narcotics.

Devin S. Holmes, 28, was taken into custody on charges including trafficking in controlled substances, tampering with physical evidence and violating a city ordinance.

Police said detectives observed Holmes’ vehicle driving erratically near North 25th Street. As they attempted to stop the vehicle, Holmes allegedly discarded a backpack containing the illicit substances.
