Paducah man arrested on trespassing, evading police charges

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — Normie I. Vega, 20, of Paducah, was arrested on charges of second-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree fleeing or evading police.

Vega was also wanted on an active warrant for failure to appear on previous burglary charges and had an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.

The Paducah Police Department responded to a business owner’s report of a trespasser seen on security footage. Officers used a drone to locate Vega, who was apprehended after a brief foot pursuit.

Vega was lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
