Paducah woman facing several charges after traffic stop

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Paducah woman faces several charges after a McCracken County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop on June 27.

A sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop on Lone Oak Road and Lakeview Drive.

Monica A. Brown, 18, of Paducah was driving on a suspended license, according to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office.

Brown faces charges of no tail lamps, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/sec, 1st offense, rear license not illuminated, operating on suspended or revoked operator license, possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (Methamphetamine), possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (drug unspecified), tampering with physical evidence, and possession of marijuana.

Brown was taken to the McCracken County Jail.
