Power outage update: Crews work to restore electricity to 300 homes

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) – A significant number of power outages caused by wind damage have been resolved, but approximately 300 customers remain without electricity.

The outages are attributed to a downed transmission line on Legey Lane, broken poles near County Park Road and Concord Avenue, and damaged poles behind Planet Fitness.

Crews are working to repair the issues, but repairs are expected to take several more hours, potentially until around noon.

Residents without power are advised to prepare accordingly, as the incoming weather may further complicate the repair efforts.
