Rent One Park rebranded as Mtn Dew Park in Marion, IL
MARION, Ill. (KBSI) – Rent One Park will now be rebranded as Mtn Dew Park in Marion, Ill.
The Black Diamond Family of Businesses announced Thursday that they reached a new naming-rights agreement with Pepsi MidAmerica for the baseball stadium.
In addition to the announcement about the new naming-rights agreement, leaders with the Black Diamond of Family of Businesses discussed plans for Thrillville which includes transforming the park itself into the “Capital of Thrillville.”
Future plans for Thrillville include the major addition of Oasis Golf, a premier, golf themed entertainment venue with games for all skill levels, a full-service bar and restaurant, pickle ball, a mini golf course and hotel.
Thrillville will also be home to the Oasis Sports Complex, a national sports tourism destination.
Planning is underway for a new shopping destination in Thrillville called the Oasis South Shopping Center.
The Thrillville Thrillbillies open the season against the Jackson Rockabillys on May 31.
