Saint Francis foundation collects supplies for tornado relief efforts

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — The Saint Francis Foundation is collecting household and cleaning supplies to aid those affected by recent tornadoes in Butler, Wayne and Perry counties.

The foundation is seeking donations of items such as trash bags, storage tubs, duct tape, toilet paper, disinfectant wipes, laundry detergent and hand sanitizer.

Donations will be accepted on March 25 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Saint Francis Healthcare System in Cape, Entrance 8 parking lot.

The donated items will be distributed to affected residents through Days of Caring events hosted by the foundation.
