Shots fired in Carbondale: Area cleared by law enforcement

CARBONDALE, Ill., (KBSI) — UPDATE: The scene has been cleared and all there is no danger to the public.

Authorities are investigating reports of shots fired in the 300 block of South Cedarview.

Police are urging the public to avoid the area due to a large police presence.
