The Southern Seven Health Department now offers nursing tent
ILLINOIS(KBSI) – The Southern Seven Health Department now has a mobile nursing tent through their WIC/Breastfeeding Program.
The tent offers changing tables, nursing stations and is air conditioned.
The tent is meant to give nursing mothers a private area to feed their baby during an event or gathering.
The WIC program provides nutrition to low income, pregnant, post-partum, and breastfeeding women and children up to age 5.
