U.S. 60 reopens after semi crash in Ballard County

BALLARD COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – U.S. 60 reopened at the 2 mile marker in Ballard County after a semi crashed between Wickliffe and Barlow.

The truck was loaded with fruit juice that will have to be off-loaded before the truck can be removed, according to Keith Todd with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

The crash also damaged some power lines that had to be repaired.

U.S. 60 reopened to traffic about 2:30 p.m.
