Vacant home catches fire in Poplar Bluff

POPLAR BLUFF, Mo., (KBSI) — Firefighters responded to a structure fire Friday morning in Poplar Bluff.
The Poplar Bluff Fire Department said its “C” Shift responded to the fire. Due to extreme weather conditions, two additional crews were called back to assist with the response.
According to the department, the home was vacant at the time of the fire.
No injuries were reported, and all firefighters returned safely.
The department did not immediately release information about the location of the fire, the extent of the damage or what caused it.
