VintageNOW Fashion Show comes to an end after 16 years

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — After nearly 16 years, the annual VintageNOW Fashion Show has come to a close, announced Deb Maevers, founder and executive director of VintageNOW Productions.

The event, which began as a one-time fundraiser, grew into a major production that raised over $1 million for the Safe House of Southeast Missouri, supporting victims of domestic violence.

Beyond fundraising, VintageNOW empowered women and inspired the community. While the large-scale shows are ending, VintageNOW Productions will continue supporting the Safe House through smaller events and projects.

“We owe a huge debt of gratitude to Deb Maevers, the Maevers family, the amazing volunteers, and our generous community,” said Jessica Hill, Safe House executive director.

The Safe House of Southeast Missouri plans to host its first-ever House Party on Oct. 11, 2025, at the Buckner-Ragsdale Event Center.
