West Park Mall renovation makes significant progress

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) – Work on West Park Mall’s renovation is progressing rapidly, with several key milestones achieved or nearing completion.

The building enclosure is nearing completion, with suite 280’s exterior and loading dock finished.

Work on PetSmart’s loading dock and trash enclosure is set to begin.

Several store spaces are also nearing completion:

— Michaels: fully completed and ready for occupancy

— PetSmart: finishing touches underway

— Carter’s and Ulta: casework and final buildout in progress

Next week, crews will focus on installing sidewalks, exterior lighting and finishes. Interior upgrades to the mall concourse are also underway.
