Woman arrested for 2nd time, accused of violation of pretrial release

CREAL SPRINGS, Ill. (KBSI) – A woman faces faces a new charge after sheriff’s deputies say she violated her pretrial release.

Williamson County sheriff’s deputies responded to a report at 2:54 p.m. on March 8 that Jessica N. Ford was near a home in the 300 block of East Jefferson Street in Creal Springs in violation of her pretrial release.

Ford’s ankle monitor showed her within a restricted 500-foot radius of the protected address.

Deputies found Ford near the intersection of Park and Magnesia Streets.

Ford was previously arrested on February 11, for violation of pretrial release as well as aggravated battery to a peace officer and resisting or obstructing a peace officer.

Ford was cited for violation of pretrial release. She was taken to the Williamson County Jail.
