Paducah Police Department assist US Marshalls with arrest
PADUCAH, Ky. (KBSI) – Three people are in custody after officers tried to locate a man with a warrant.
According to the Paducah Police Department they assisted US Marshalls with arresting a man who was wanted out of Colorado.
The male, identified as Steven Linville age 25 of Longmont, Colorado was believed to be at the residence and wanted for multiple sexual related offenses.
During the investigation, it was learned that Linville was hiding in the attic of the residence.
Allegedly Linville refused to come down from the attic and stated he was armed and made threats to harm law enforcement.
Linville eventually came down from the attic and was taken into custody.
A resident of the home, Dylan Clark aged 24 was arrested on a warrant out of Marshall County for domestic violence related charges.
Adrian Cutrer age 36 also of Longmont, Colorado was arrested at the scene for Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree.
All three were taken to the McCracken County Jail.
