Metropolis Police reports, arrests, and citations

METROPOLIS, Ill., (KBSI) – Metropolis police reported several arrests and citations between Jan. 15-26.
On Jan. 15, Brandon Lopez, 18, of Paducah, Ky., was charged with improper lane usage, zero tolerance and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor after a traffic stop on US 45.
Chiroy S. Adan, 18, also of Paducah, was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
Both were released to their parents on a notice to appear.
Amber Gilbert, 36, of Metropolis, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and released on a notice to appear after a trespassing complaint at O’Reilly’s.
Gilbert was also charged with criminal trespass and released on a notice to appear in connection with a separate incident.
Other arrests included:
— Brandon L. Gilbert, 32, of Metropolis, on a warrant for failure to appear on a retail theft charge.
— Patrick A. Keyes, 50, of Massac County, on a warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge.
— Joshua P. Pannell, 39, of Mt. Vernon, on charges of criminal trespass, no valid driver’s license, possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
— James V. Rotondi, 59, of Nashville, Tenn., on charges of speeding and driving while license suspended.
— Jennifer Evans, 43, of Metropolis, on charges of driving while suspended and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
— Amanda M. Hobbs, 38, of Metropolis, on charges of domestic battery and resisting arrest.
— George N. Ortiz, 26, of Bronx, N.Y., on charges of speeding and driving while license suspended.
— Randy L. Bradley Jr., 33, of Metropolis, on charges of criminal damage to state supported property and escape.
— Brandon E. Parrish, 39, of Metropolis, on a charge of driving while license suspended.
— Michael D. Anderson, 52, of Metropolis, on a charge of disorderly conduct.
