Murray man charged with witness intimidation in Lisa Bebber death investigation

MURRAY, Ky. (KBSI) — A Murray man has been charged with intimidating a witness and tampering with evidence during an investigation into an arson fire that resulted in a woman’s death, according to the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrested 49-year-old Jason C. Rosson of Murray on July 6 after investigators determined he intimidated a participant in the legal process and destroyed evidence related to the arson and death of Lisa Bebber.
Rosson was charged with:
- Intimidating a participant in the legal process, a Class D felony.
- Tampering with physical evidence, a Class D felony.
He was booked into the Calloway County Detention Center.
The sheriff’s office said the investigation remains ongoing.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
