Recall Alert: air fryers, candles and adult bed rails

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)- Over 2 million COSORI air fryers are being recalled by Atekcity. A wire connection in the air fryers can over heat, posing fire and burn hazards.

If you have the recalled air fryer, contact the company to receive a replacement or refund. The company says you do not need a receipt for a replacement.

If you shop at Walmart, over 1.2 million Mainstays three-wick candles are being recalled by Star Soap Star Candle Prayer. The candle wicks can burn too close to the side of the container, causing the glass to break, posing fire and laceration hazards.

If you have the recalled candle, stop using it and contact the company for a full refund.

Platinum Health is recalling over 53,000 of its LumaRail adult portable bed rails. Officials say one death has been reported, related to this recall. When the bed rails are attached to an adult’s bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. The company says this poses a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death.

If you have the recalled bed rail, contact the company for a free repair kit. Platinum Health expects the remedy to be available beginning in late March.
