3 face meth charges after deputies respond to shots fired call in Calloway County

DEXTER, Ky. (KBSI) – Three people were arrested and face charges after Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of shots fired at a home in Dexter, Ky. on February 10.

When deputies arrived, they found a vehicle in the driveway with methamphetamine consistent with trafficking, according to the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office.

A welfare check was conducted on the people in the home. No one was injured.

A search warrant was obtained for the house. Meth and a shotgun were found inside the home, according to the sheriff’s office. Tolmie is also a convicted felon.

Bradley Cathey, 33, of Murray faces charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (>2gm meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kana Royalty, 46, of Dexter, Ky. faces charges of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Apollo Tolmie, 40, of Dexter, Ky. faces charges of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

They were taken to the Calloway County Detention Center.
