Additional Community Conversation scheduled for Jan. 6 in Cape Girardeau
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – United Way of Southeast Missouri is partnering with PORCH (People Organized to Revitalize Community Healing) to bring an additional Community Conversation to South Cape.
The final Community Conversation will be held on January 6, 2022 at the Shawnee Center in Cape Girardeau from 6–7:30 p.m.
Community Conversations are similar to a guided focus group with a facilitator seeking feedback from participants. Dr. Tamara Zellars Buck, Chairperson of Southeast Missouri State University’s Department of Mass Media and PORCH Board Chair, will facilitate the conversation at the January event.
