Dawson Springs man accused of assault, domestic violence after 2 women injured

CALDWELL COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Dawson Springs man faces assault and and domestic violence charges after two females were injured with a knife in Caldwell County on Monday, January 9.

Trevor Tucker, 33, faces two counts of assault 1st degree and domestic violence.

Kentucky State Police Post 2 received a call from the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department asking to assist deputies with a domestic dispute at 101 H Haile Road in Dawson Springs on Monday, January 9 about 10:03 p.m.

When troopers arrived, they found two women with injuries from being assaulted, according to Kentucky State Police.

Tucker was also on the scene.

One woman was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Hospital in Hopkinsville.

The other woman was flown by helicopter to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind.

Both women were injured with a knife during the assault, according to KSP.

Tucker was taken to the Caldwell County Jail.
