Police investigating body found in Carterville
CARTERVILLE, Ill. (KBSI) – Carterville police are investigating a body found in a back yard.
Police responded to the 100 block of Timber Trail on Feb. 20 at 8:07 a.m.
The body of a male was removed from the scene and taken to the Williamson County Coroner’s Office morgue in Marion.
An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday, February 23.
Foul play is not suspected. However, the incident remains under investigation.
