Sikeston DPS looking for 2 men after robbery

SIKESTON, Mo. (KBSI) – The Sikeston Department of Public Safety asks for the public’s help finding two men after a robbery.

Tayshaun Antwan Price-Lane, 19, has gold teeth, short twisted dreadlocks, stands about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. His last known address is in Sikeston.

Jaquelin Zytreze West, 19, has long black dreadlocks, stands about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. His last known address in Sikeston.

Price-Lane and West are both charged with robbery in the first degree through New Madrid County. No bond warrants have been issued.

On August 14, a Sikeston resident gave a ride to Jaquelin West and drove him to the 800 block of Cherokee. Once there, West got out the vehicle and left the driver of the inside by his/herself.

A group of people including Tayshaun Price-Lane approached the vehicle and ordered the driver out of the vehicle.

The victim told officers a juvenile reached in the vehicle took the keys out of the ignition. As this was happening several other people approached the vehicle and showed firearms to the victim. The victim willingly gave up the vehicle and ran from the area for safety.

This is still an ongoing investigation. More people could face charges at a later time.

The victim’s vehicle has been located and returned to the owner. The victim was not injured.
