Traffic stop leads to drug arrest in McCracken County
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A traffic stop led to an arrest after a sheriff’s deputy found suspected drugs.
Joseph L. Herzog faces charges of speeding 26mph over, failure of owner to maintain required ins/sec, 1st offense, careless driving, license to be in possession, possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (drug unspecified), warrant was served.
A McCracken County sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop on Old Mayfield Road and Houser Road on June 28 about 2:28 a.m.
Herzog was taken to the McCracken County Jail.
