Man in critical condition after incident in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI)- On Saturday, November 25, 2023, at about 7:00p.m. officers with the Cape Girardeau Police Department responded to the 300-Block of N. Spring for a report of a man lying on the ground.

Officers arrived with medical personnel and began treating the male for injuries.

The male was transported to an area hospital and is in critical condition.

At this time, the investigation into what occurred is ongoing and witnesses have not come forward with information pertaining to this incident.
