Poplar Bluff High School students win 8 awards at SEMO Math Field Day

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Eight Poplar Bluff High School students competed at the SEMO Math Field Day and came home with eight awards.

The competition was held on Thursday, April 11.

  • Word problems: 1st Grayson Nunn
  • Geometry overall: 1st Jackson Kennedy, 3rd Hollis Kozlovsky
  • Non-routine Problem Solving II: 3rd Macey Odom
  • Computational Mathematics (open): 2nd Macey Odom
  • Geometry (open): 1st Hollis Kozlovsky
  • Elementary Data Analysis (open): 1st Claire Funke
  • Probability (open): 1st Jackson Kennedy
