Woman arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a juvenile

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KBSI) – Carly Wyatt (28) was arrested on Aug. 15 after a juvenile disclosed to the police department that she sexually assaulted them in her home.

The juvenile disclosed to the Cape Girardeau Police Department that this occurred multiple times since July 4, 2024. The juvenile also told police that Wyatt provided them with alcohol despite them being under the legal drinking age. Wyatt was formally charged with statutory sodomy in the second degree. She’s held with a $100,000 cash bond.
