Two charged in armed robbery of pizza delivery driver in Murray

MURRAY, Ky., (KBSI) — Two males, including a juvenile, have been charged in connection with the armed robbery of a pizza delivery driver.
The Murray Police Department responded to the report around 11:36 p.m. on Jan. 27. The victim reported that two males pulled out a gun and robbed them of food after pizzas were ordered to a house on the north side of Murray.
Officers searched the area and located two males matching the description at a nearby residence. Following an investigation, Carter Collins, 18, of Murray, was charged with robbery and unlawful transaction with a minor.
Collins was arrested and lodged in the Calloway County Jail. The juvenile was charged with robbery and transported to the McCracken County Juvenile Detention Center.
The Murray Police Department reminds the public that those charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
